No longer charges wirelessly after replacing usb port + battery

After changing the battery and charging assembly, I can now charge my phone with the USB port normally, but the wireless charging no longer works.

I am not sure what connection to check.

Are there any good troubleshooting steps for this?

Update (11/24/2020)

I'm going to guess the issue is that one of my contacts broke off. Here is a picture (not my phone):

The yellow part is missing on mine... yikes...

What I ended up doing in the end is soldering a little wire to the pad circled in the question, then bent the wire into an ‘S’ shape so it was about the height of the intact yellow things on the other pads.

When I put the wireless charging coil assembly back on, I made sure to press it straight down, so the little ‘S’ wire I made would not bend to the side and contact the other pads.

It was easy enough to do with a fine-tip soldering iron and needle-point tweezers.

Thank you oldturkey03, you were right!

@bernvaug yes that is most certainly a reason for it not to work. Try to solder a jumper wire directly to the battery. See if that we’ll resolve it

Thanks for the idea, I've ordered some solder; I didn't realize I had run out.

I'll give an update on if and how soldering fixes it, when I get to that point.
