To have a chance of helping out, you need to provide some more information.
When did this start happening and is there anything that could have caused it? Was there a drop, maybe water damage, new software installed, etc. It would also be good to know if this only happens when the device is plugged in or unplugged.
I would usually find this to be a battery issue, before this started happening did you notice your battery dying quicker than usual, or the device seeming to swell at all?
