How to replace iPod Touch 4g Metal Housing Back Case?

I accidently drop my Ipod Touch 4g on the ground and it dent the front left corner that is near the home buttom. It cause the metal housing case to push in and crack and broke off a little bit of the black plastic frame bezel around the corner.
