Washing machine squealing during spin cycle

I have a Maytag Bravos MVWB855DC3 washing. machine that is making loud squealing noises during the spin cycle. The video below shows what it is doing. It only does it while spinning, although doesn’t do it every time, but it does not do it during agitation. It is a direct drive motor so no belts or pulleys. I have taken it completely apart and don’t see any wear or anything broken on any of the parts. I have noticed at times that after a wash cycle the wash plate is hard to turn and will not turn independently of the tub. This may be normal, I don’t know much about washing machines but I thought they should be able to be turned easier than that. It is also throwing these error codes:
