Only sleep light after powering up

i have black macbook 2.16ghz. when i pushed the power button it just showed a sleep light nothing else. what to do ?

battery is still charging .

I have reseat the ram also. nothing

Reset the SMC, zap the PRAM.

i already reset the smc and pram nothing same condition in sleep light

Being a professional, you should be able to ask questions with a little more detail. Let the battery charge fully as it won't start with a fully drained battery. Check AC & Mag Safe, remove the hard drive and try starting from a system installation disk.
