Whirlpool washer WTW4815ewo fills with water but will not wash.
I have replaced the sensor, but still no luck. Error F7E1. It makes an intermittent noise for about a minute.

John Trovarelli you did not tell us which sensor you replaced. F7E1-Basket Speed sensor Fault so I have to make the assumption that is what you changed. The washers shift actuator also determines the basket speed so you want to rule that one out as well.

Since you already replaced it try the next few things and that is your lid lock as well as the rotor position sensor. If that one fails your motor does not know what to do at the point it is.
