When I turn on my ps4 pro it goes from blue to white, then when I load up a game or leave it on for more than 5 minutes it’ll give me the “too hot” message and then turn off. my hard drive also makes a buzzing or clicking sound which apparently isn’t good so I think it’s my hard drive but I’m not sure. (Also I’ve cleaned my ps4 and replaced the thermal paste)

That sounds like a faulty fan.Try unplugging the fan and then spin it.If it spins freely that means it's good.If it makes a weird noise or stops spinning quickly u might have to replace the fan

Okay, I don't think it's the hard drive that causes the heat problem but it sounds like it's not working correctly either.
Regarding the heat problem I don't really know, someone else will need to help you with that.
