Black Screen + Green filter + Black Screen with green lines

Whenever I turn off and on my phone in a short period of time it would either get one of the problem in the title.

If the phone is overheating then turning it off and on would give it a black screen with green lines unless you turn it on after about two minutes.

If someone it calling it’ll have a green filter

If I’m in VC in discord it would have a green filter

They’re kinda irritating to deal with so I hope there’s a solution to this
