I format my pc and installed window xp professional.every thing done properly.After restart pc one window came "activate window".i did.its says your window activate successfully.then i press"ok"and same screen come again"activate window".its not allowing me to go forword plzzzzzzzz help me.what i have to do.

You may have to contact Microsoft about this.I would think that there is an issue with the registration number. Make sure that you entered the numbers correctly, that you have not registered this software numerous times and that you have a valid copy of Windows.
