My machine just keeps trying to drain. No spin, no wash

I have tried this diagnostics and got all lights flashing 2 times then pause and repeats. My machine just keeps trying to drain. No spin, no wash, nothing. The previous load completed with an off balance scenario. Next load never drained, but started fine - not sure when it went out exactly. Belt is intact, can't test switch. Any ideas? Kemore Model 110.5072012

Sensing, Wash, spin, rinse and cycle complete flashing all at same times for two times, then pause and repeat. Top load Kenmore Model 110.5072012. No water in tub, it drained, but it won't spin, won't start, belt is not broken.
