Very quiet microphone iPhone 8

Hello. I’ve just bought an used iPhone 8 and there is a problem with microphone and call speaker. That’s a little bit strange because when I speak with someone through ear speaker, they can hear me well, but when I turn the loud speaker on then they can’t hear anything. The same issue is with snapchat, but for example recording with camera app works fine. About the call speaker - the problem isn’t as annoying as with the microphone, because it’s just a bit quiet. Can anyone help me?

There are 4 microphones found in the 8. Two at the bottom on the charge port, there’s one on the front facing camera assembly, and one by the rear camera assembly. I would start with replacing the charge port to essentially replace the two bottom mics. But before you do that, clean out the wholes at the bottom. Sometimes those can get clogged with dirt.

I could do it even by myself, but I know that I have original screen and I don't wanna loose the waterproofing, is there any way do do it then?

@marek112 "waterproofing" doesn't really mean much. All it is is some adhesive and gaskets around certain parts to keep it out and only up to a certain depth for a certain amount of time. And given this is a 3 year old phone, that seal probably wouldn't hold up. If you want to maintain the seal, you can try to take it to apple and pay their extortionary prices or buy another one. The absolutely only way to fix this issue is to take it apart.
