Where is the horn located in the '96 Chevy Cavalier
The relay clicks but the horn doesn't work. where is the location of the horn?

It is located on the front impact bar on the passenger side of the car under the front bumper, near the wheel well. Here is even a service manual for your horn ;-) let us know if that helps. Good Luck.
