2014 iMac Won't turn on and already replaced power supply

So about a year ago my daughter hit the screen on my iMac. it instantly shut off never to power up again.

The 1st Diagnostic LED on the logic board is lit but I can’t get the 2nd LED to turn on. I bought a replacement power supply and installed it with no change.

I also replaced the PRAM button battery and again no change. I verified the power button works using my multimeter and ohming it.

Not sure what else I can do beside a new logic board which at this point cost’s an outrageous amount for a 6 year old computer.

Any additional troubleshooting tips would be very appreciated!!

Answer this question I have this problem too

From Apples service manual:

LED #2 - Indicates that computer is turned on. This LED will be ON as long as computer is turned on (but is not asleep) and power supply and voltage regulators are working correctly.

The ‘voltage regulators’ are on the logic board. That would be my direction of diagnostics.
