3Gs received 30v and discharged totally can motherboard be saved?

My iPhone 3Gs received 30v by a broken charger and discharged totally can motherboard be saved?

It's old boot rom and I would like to keep the data on it...

I opened it but didn't se anything out of the ordinary.

The battery is probably fried since it got discharged by the burned circuit right?

can i somehow separate the power management from the rest and replace?

I'd replace the dock and the battery and then re evaluate. Power has to enter via the dock before being directed elsewhere in the phone, and you'd hope the fuses on there would blow first to prevent damage to your phone. No point doing the battery if your dock is fried..it won't connect to itunes etc. Do both things and you know that if they're good then the problem is on the board. good luck
