Severe Problems after changing the battery

Hello,

I have some severe issues with my device, hope someone can help me.

I’ve changed the battery of my device. If I switch the plug in it doesn’t seem to charge.

It shows a question sign and a flash. But it charges a bit, so I can start the phone after some time. The smartphone then always says that it is on 100% charged.

But it has only charged a little, even if I charge it over-night, so it turn out after some minutes. If I plug in the charger or connect the to the pc nothing happens.

While building the old battery out unfortunately I’ve hurted it, even if I was careful.

The battery bloated up and there was a lot of smoke! but there is no visible damage in the device. But of course I’m not sure if this is the reason for the problems with the new battery.

I hope there will some remedy.
