iPhone 8 Plus GPS not working, AirPods animation not coming up.

Hello!

I bought a broken iPhone 8 Plus to fix.

The phone was damaged very badly, I had to change a lot of component.

I bought a replacement housing as well, Top Left GPS antenna, Wi-Fi Antenna Bluetooth Flex, WLAN Antenna, new screen, battery.

First of all, I had issues with the Bluetooth, the sign was very bad, I tried with 2 Bluetooth flex as well.

When I upgraded the phone to IOS 14 the Bluetooth started working fine, but when I try to pair my Airpods, it’s doesn’t show the animation.

I can connect it if I go to the settings -> Bluetooth and connect like that, its working fine, the range is good as well.

But when I try to use the GPS, does not matter which, none of the app isn’t working.

Waze App shows on the top of the screen, it’s trying to connect to the GPS, and after a few seconds it’s shows: No GPS. Showing approximate location.

I spoke with a guy, who does IC’s and he said try to change the Top Left GPS antenna, and change the Wi-Fi flex as well, if that’s not helping, than the problem is the housing.

I got a iPhone 8 Plus, with original housing ang all original parts.

I took out the motherboard from both phone, and I put my board to the Original housing, and used all the original components (Bluetooth flex, Wi-Fi, GPS antenna, WLAN antenna, also the screws as well, so everything)

I turned on the phone, same thing.

No GPS and No AirPods animation.

What you guys think? Is it the GPS IC gone on the phone? If that’s gone why the AirPods animation not coming up? (I have tried with like 5 iPhones all of them showed the animation)

I found '''''THIS''''' GPS IC from the USA, but I couldn’t find this IC on the PhoneBoard program.

If anyone have a clue what is the problem, please let me know!
