Unscrewing stuck case screws

I am currently failing to unscrew the case screws. I have read that loctite may have been used. I have attempted to contact computer repair shops with no luck. I've also attempted rubber bands. I am currently working with a precision screw driver set. I am looking for some advice to remove these screws.

Large handled, correct size screw driver with even, perfectly perpendicular, hard pressure so there is no slippage.

You probably do not have access to one but a drill press with a screw drive bit fitted in the chuck. Firmly hold the Chromeboook so it does not move. That kitchen shelf non stick shelf lining is good. No power on and just turn the chuck counterclockwise by hand with steady pressure with the lever.

If that does not work then you could use a small screw extractor.
