Starts and has really low idle or stalls

2001 Jeep GC with the 4.0 when I start it in the morning well actually pretty much everything it either stalls or has a c really low rough idle but if I give it gas and hold it at about a 1000 rpm and slowly let my foot off it will idle normal for the most part. It does it hot cold doesn't matter. Changed Crank sensor, MAP, IAC, TPS, Sparkplugs and the cam sensor and synchronizer. I can hear the fuel pump kick on when I go to start it. I'm leaning towards fuel pump. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel

Thanks for the response. So after changing the IAC, Crank Sensor, Camshaft Sensor and synchronizer, TPS and new plugs and same issue. I decided to clean the throttle body grasping for straws. While taking off the throttle body I noticed the little rubber elbow that attaches to the bottom of the MAP sensor that goes into the intake was off.

Cleaned the throttle body since I had it off anyways made sure everything was connected properly and now it purrs like a kitten. Go figure but hey that was it. Oh yeah I forgot I changed the fuel pump as well

If the fuel pump kicks on and doesn’t sound bad when you first turn the key then we can probably rule it out. Have you tried new spark plug cables and/or coils? What about fuel injectors?
