How do I get Bluetooth to work?

I want to install a USB 3.0 Card in my 2009 Mac Pro, however I have heard that USB 3 cards interfere with Bluetooth signals, and I have a bluetooth keyboard, mouse, and headphones. Is there a way to get around this?
