No image after screen replacement

Replaced my screen easy, I’ve been replacing screens as a side business for 10+ years now. Unfortunately I only have backlight and no image on my new screen? The phone is turning on, has sound and vibration, and the backlight. Just no image?! I can’t find any information on this issue anywhere and wondered if someone here could shoot some ideas at me? Otherwise i’ll just have to ask for a replacement screen and hope this one was faulty!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Were the connectors placed correctly? Is it a low-quality or defective screen? Also, did you unplug the battery during the repair? Not doing so can kill your display.

I’d check the connectors for any residual adhesive, it’s easy to get some in there on accident and I’ve had similar issues (I thought I blew the backlight originally) but making sure those docks are clear could definitely resolve the issue
