I replaced my motherboard and now error stating phone voice not allowe

I replaced my motherboard on my Samsung S9 and now l am getting a error stating phone not allowed for voice. Any help will be appreciated. I called my service provider T-Mobile and they were absolutely no help! They want me to buy a new phone!

Options

You may have bought a carrier blacklisted logic board. The previous owner may have not paid their bills, so their old carrier locked the ability to use their services and anyone elses. If you can, return the logic board immediately
