Screen frozen / doesn't scroll / heart rate monitor not working
I purchased a fitbit last year September. In October the Fitbit had to be replaced as it was faulty. Now a year later it is not working.
Do not tell me to do a hard reset - I HAVE!!!!!!!
So that means that I paid a small fortune for a watch to last 1 year.
I would strongly NOT recommend anyone to purchase a Fitbit.
I have heard too many people complain that their device only lasts a year.
I am unable to find a supplier / repair service in SA to fix it.
TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!
