@karmadog52 are you referring to the Axess indoor/outdoor portable HIFI Bluetooth speaker? We would need to see what you see since this is a bit of a tough question. Post some GOOD pictures with your QUESTION of the power boards and all the wires etc. Let's see if we can assist you with this. I am having the same problem. The white wire just loops around at the tip but the red wire seems like it should be connected somewhere.
