NO SERVICE after battery replacement

After replacing the battery in my iphone 3GS I am getting a No Service and weak signal display. Any suggestions, Thanks in advance.

It seems fairly common that things arent properly reconnected (or connectors get dirty) during re-assembly. There are a lot of tricky connectors inside the 3GS. If everything was working before a good start is always to open up your phone again, disconnect anything you had disconnected, clean the connectors and be 100% sure that they are seated proper upon reconnecting. If THAT doesn't work then we have to start considering broken parts and connectors...but let's try the cheaper "fix" of double checking your work first :)
