Hi,
What is the model number of the phone?
When a DECT 6.0 phone shows "searching" or “out of range” it is trying to connect with the base station that it is registered with.
Do you still get the phone's display showing this when the phone is right next to the base station?
Is the base station powered on? The base station is the equipment where the telephone cable is connected to.
