My phone only charges when connected to my PC

For some reason my phone does not charge when connected to any power bricks (wall adapter). It charges just fine when connected to my laptop or PC but for some reason it does not charge with any of the power adapters I have.

When I plug it to an outlet it shows the charging icon and the percentage in the middle of the screen and then immediately stops charging. Any ideas on how can I fix this?

Options

The manufacturer probably only allows the device to charge from a specific range of voltages to “protect” the battery. Did the phone come with the OEM charger cable and brick?
