What do I do if my phone wont turn on?
I dropped my phone and the screen turned black and white. I tried shutting it down and holding the home button but it still doesn’t work. What do I do?

Not sure why this happens but I have seen a number of Apple devices that come into our shop with black screens after being dropped. Unfortunately, the only solutions we have found is to replace the screen.
