iMac won't start; LED 1 comes on briefly...

2004 iMac G5 17" Model A1058 EMC No.1989

Back from vacation, plugged everything back in and no iMac! I did a little research, pulled off the back and noticed LED 1 comes on for a fraction of a second when plugged in. No bulging capacitors; nothing looks burnt. Any other troubleshooting recommended before I buy a new power supply?

Options

Either a new power supply or you can find folks that rebuild them on eBay.
