MacBook Pro Overheating just with 10% of CPU Load

My MacBook Pro has been serviced for Screen Replacement last week, since then I notice Over-heating issues. Just after logging in it is 70C & when i use safari with several tabs or charge my device, it reaches 100c and more. I see frame drops just for a video i edited on iMovie which was fine before the issue, but afterall the CPU load is less then 37%
