There are strange green flecks appearing around my camera.

There are a few strange green/grey patches or flecks appearing around my camera, the patches are on the inside of the screen and when a light is shone on them they have a neon greenish outline, I tried getting rid of them but then I realised they were on the inside and I have no clue what they are or how to get rid of them.
