Green color tint on 20 yo 60% brightness

I have an Samsung s9 pls - Mobile its Screen gets minor black lines an sort of florescent green color comes in between 20 an 60% brightness when adjust, no crack nothing on screen absolutely new condition. What's the problem?. I done format all things not getting OK. Please help. Its has never been dropped. Never nothing. Than why this problem and Samsung service centre person said display is damaged. Need to replace it with an new display with frame. (Ring) . But I wanna no why all this all samsung has this issue after paying 50 to 60,000rs for an premium mobile

What you pay is normally what you get. However, this does not stop devices or parts from being faulty from time to time.

Your display does need to be changed. As for why this is happening, it could be a minor misalignment of internal parts, that half-sort through time, or your LCD assembly could be coming from a bad batch (unlucky and stressful, I know).

If it’s a new phone and your warranty is good, you make them repair it for free, no problem.

If they have a naughty insurance policy and they still try to charge you this guide can show you how to replace it yourself.

However, a display for this model would go for `180 euro (200+$) depending on your location.

Be vigilant and make Samsung replace your device!

I had the same problem, turn on ‘Always on Display'. When you you are trying to unlock the phone double tap the screen and then use fingerprint sensor to unlock. It was a software problem all along. Never buying samsung ever again.

I had this problem for 2 months now. When I get a call and put the phone to my ear or just turn off the screen by power button manually,Basically, if my screen goes black for any reason I'd had to wait for 10-15 minutes before using my phone again. I went to technical service and he just looked at it for 10 seconds and said you're display is screwed I have to change it for 8000 TL (250$). I had no hope for trying the steps you've mentioned but it worked! Thanks again for sharing this one it really helped me a lot. I'm not a phone geek I just use it when I go running or walking to listen to some music so paying for the problem that isn't a hardware issue would not be the smartest thing I would have done.

Turning on AOD aslo works for broken screens so it's not a software issue i hawe a galaxy s9 with the same problem the screen is in perfect condition but it goes totally black if i set the brightness lower than 50% and a galaxy s8 with cracked display that only works if AOD is turned on (Sorry for my bad english)
