1 Why does my Ps4 Turns off or take me to a black screen?
My Ps4 turns off or takes me to a black screen. I checked my HDMI cable and port but they look fine. I tried it with a different cable and a Tv and it still takes me to a black screen. I tried to restarting and recycled data and updating system software but it still take me to a black screen. Can someone please help me.

Hi! What is the PS4 doing? Does the light on it turns from blue to white? Or does it stay blue? Does safe mode work for your Playstation ?

It will some time turn blue but it will often turn white. Safe mode does work but it doesn’t fix the issue.

Alright, but when you entered safe mode, do you have a screen, can you see something?

Yes I can see the options on the screen when I’m on safe mode.

Hmm.. Is there a possibility to test on another screen? Perhaps the APU or HDMI (IC). But I'm not sure yet. It is weird that it's showing the options in safe mode.
First things first: Did you tried a known working HDD/SSD? And did you already tried to reinstall the software?
