Can you replace a iPhone screen with a icloud locked phone?

My screen and my home button broke on my iphone 7 so I decided to buy a icloud locked phone and take the screen out of that one and put in on my phone. will this work?

Yes the screen will work perfectly fine but you will need to transfer your original home button to it. If the home button has been damaged and does not function you will need to purchase an universal home button they don’t have finger print ID but every other feature will work. Universal home button

@Ethan Lewis No it will not work. The home button and logic board have to stay together. If your original home button does not function you will need to purchase what we call a “universal home button” See link above.
