Is display data wire the same in model A1260 early 2008-late 2008?

halo ifixers!!

i have an mac book 4,1 15"inch early 208, and the display data wire looks defekt, i would ike to change it myself, but want to know first if the wire is the same in the model of early 2008 that in the lat 2008.

i read in the past, that one model has 16pin connector and the other 21pin, but now i cant find it anymore

Those cables are very different as the Late 2008 MBP was when they switched to the Unibody design.

Early 2008 MBP 15":

MacBook Pro 15" (Models A1226/A1260) Display Data Cable

Late 2008 MBP 15" Unibody:

MacBook Pro 15" Unibody LVDS Display Cable

but one sort question, to really clarify myself:

No the display cables are different. The late 2008 MBP is a Unibody and not of the same era of architecture as the early 2008 MBP. The entire video circuitry is different. That is why Scott provided you with the links to the 2 different LVDS/display.data.wire cables.
