High mount third brake light isn't working.

All other brake lights work other than the third (high mount) brake light. I have no power going to the plug for it. Fuse M1 is good also. What could it be?

Hi,

According to the 2011 Jeep Liberty (KK) Service Repair Manual + Wiring Diagrams - Lighting section, power for the CHMSL is fed directly from the brake light switch operated by the brake pedal. The power for the other brake lights is fed from the IPDM

Here’s a composite image taken from the Wiring Diagrams section that shows the path for the power from the M1 fuse to the CHMSL
