Dualshock 3 CECHZC2E A1 bad charge port

Hi, I need some help.

I couldn’t find any guides on the Internet on how to change the charge port on this specific motherboard and model of Dualshock 3. I add some photos so you can see it:

Hi Rufino,

It’s soldered on the motherboard!

You need to de-solder the old one and solder the new one back in. It’s not really difficult to do it, you just need to follow the solder points and remove the solder from it to get it out.

I could make a guide for you, for how to do it, when I receive one which has a faulty USB connector.

Could you make a picture of the backside of the USB connector? To add: I think it's on top side of the motherboard.
