My speaker also doesn't switch on , I used the wrong charger

The voltage used was input 100- 240v output 12.0v plug. Bluetooth speaker model number: BT1403s

Options

Charging input is DC 10 volt at 1.5 Amp according to the label on the rear. The usb port is 5v dc OUTPUT only for charging phone etc. If you connected a 5v supply to the usb out socket you have probably not done any damage but of course the speaker would not charge.
