replaced my I/O board and now speaker not working

Replaced my I/O board with iFixit replacement which consists of the power, USB, and headphone ports, to fix the issue I was having of my Macbook Air not charging. Good news is that it is now charging! Bad news is the speaker no longer works. I did have to disconnect the speaker connection to replace the board but did not damage it and securely plugged it back in. Is this a PRAM issue?

As always first try and reset SMC, NVRAM and PRAM. If nothing of that is working you probably didn’t connect the speaker right or you damaged connector.

Thanks Uros! Currently waiting for the new battery conditioning process to finish up. Will then perform the resets you mentioned and let you know.
