I just got this laptop and all of the USB ports don’t work where i stick yo flash drive or charger none of them work ! Please help

Hi,
Check the USB power management setting in Device Manager to see if it enabled. If it is disable the setting and restart the computer and check if they work.
To get to Device Manager in Win10, right click on the Windows Start button on the left side of the Taskbar and select the Device Manager link.
If you have Win 7 go to Control Panel > Device Manager
When in Device Manager, scroll down to the Universal Serial Bus Controllers, click on “>” to expand the list > right click USB root hub entry > Properties > Power Management then uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power > OK.
Do this for all root hub entries if more than one entry.
Restart the laptop and check if the USB ports now work OK.

If they still all don’t work it may be a problem with the motherboard’s USB power supply to the USB ports.
