Just change the front camera/earpiece speaker setup and it will be fine. It's not connected to touch i’d. You can actually buy a screen with the front camera and earpiece speaker already installed

Would this also cause the phone to turn on whilst it hits full charge after changing the battery
It will turn on when you put the charger in it.
