check my voicemails, it says “cannot find application".

I have a samsung zte 4g 7.1.1 by AT&T and when I go to the phone & click on the symbol so I can check my voicemails, it says “cannot find application". How can I fix this? Help me with step by step instructions? Please & Thank you.

Hi,

Please verify the make and model number of the phone?

Usually the model number can be found in Settings > About phone

Samsung and ZTE are two different makes of phone.
