2 Why does my Internet disconnecting after a few seconds/minutes? WIRED
Ive had this problem for a few days. I tried restarting the modem, I tried updating the drivers and the problem only were to my PC only because the Internet of my Brother is also working fine same to me as it is wired and tried swapping the ethernet cables too. Ive even tried doing the system files scan (“sfc /scannow” on cmd). Im having troubles watching videos (youtube keeps switching quality after disconnecting), some sites takes a few reloads before loading, having trouble starting the client to one of my games and having trouble uploading and downloading files (they keep getting canceled).

Hi,
What is the make and model number of the PC or the motherboard if a custom build?
What OS is installed?
If Win 10 installed go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Network and Internet > Connect to the Internet and follow the prompts and check.
Have you got a 3rd party AV (anti virus) program installed? If so try disabling it for a short while and check how the internet connection behaves. Remember that you're online without any security so be careful what you do.

MSI A55M-P33, Windows 10 Pro, and Windows Defender is my only AV. I was done with the troubleshoot and it said "Windows cant communicate with the device or resource (Primary DNS server)
