Speaker protocol activates when I take it near my ears why?

Speaker protocol activates when I take it near my ears, I checked with Apple toll free they suggested to reset the operations after a day it again crops up.It is annoying Apple also checked my hardware online and the results were good.I need your guidance in solving this issue on the sensors.Please guide me.Thank you N.Lakshmanan chettiar India

After I reset it the proximity sensor is working now I do not have that issue now.My question why I should reset it quite often.Please guide me

I fixed up tempered glass it is from local vendor in India, I also feel this may be the reason.Please guide me
