To remove enrollment Enterprise from your Acer Chromebook R11, you will need to perform a procedure called a "Chromebook Enterprise Enrollment Reset". Please follow the steps below:

  1. Turn off your Chromebook R11.Press and hold the Esc + Refresh (circular arrow) keys on the keyboard, then press the Power button to turn on the Chromebook.
  2. Release the Esc + Refresh keys when the "Chrome OS is missing or damaged" screen appears.
  3. Press Ctrl + D on the keyboard when prompted to enter Developer Mode. This will erase all data on your Chromebook, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding.
  4. Press Enter to confirm that you want to enable Developer Mode.
  5. Wait for your Chromebook to restart and the "OS verification is off" screen to appear. This may take several minutes.
  6. Press Ctrl + Alt + T to open the Chrome OS terminal.
  7. Type "sudo chromeos-firmwareupdate --mode=todev" and press Enter.
  8. Type "sudo reboot" and press Enter.
  9. Wait for your Chromebook to restart again. This time, it should go through the initial setup process and no longer be enrolled in Enterprise.

Note that this procedure is intended for removing Enterprise enrollment from a Chromebook that you own. If your Chromebook belongs to an organization or school, you may need to contact your IT department for assistance.
