Every button on my remote turns tv off.

Every button I press turns tv off I have changed batteries, even powered off television for 2mins an same result. I then tried using factory rest from the back of the tele which it began restart then got to a point where asked for a pin and I can't type one in because when press a button on remote it switches off again
