Why is my Photive Sphere Bluetooth Speaker not working

My photive sphere bluetooth speaker's blue light is flashing slowly and seems it is not connected to any of my devices , tried to connect to my devices but couldn't connect and can't even turn off by pressing the power button please suggest how to fix it.
