Looking for advice on replacing the charger port.
Need advice on replacing the charging port in my vita and where to get the right one. It is severely damaged.

Hi!
The port is soldered on the motherboard. So you need to de-solder the old one, and solder the new one back in. I want to check where you could buy it, but first I need the know the version of your Vita. Is the first one? Or is it the slim (2nd one)?

It's the first model 1100 I think the more likely option might be just replacing the whole motherboard? Ifixit sells it.
Hi Clayton! Yes, you could also buy a new motherboard. This will be more expensive, but it is easier to replace it :).
