Regardless, there seems to be some kind of hardware fault with your display.

You may need to contact your place of purchase to discuss your warranty or repair options.

If out of warranty, you could take it to a repair shop or ask a competent person to use a YouTube teardown video as a guide to open the Chromebook up and check for loose cable seating etc.
