Why cant my iPhone be recognized by itunes?
bought a iPhone 6s plus online and put a brand new screen on. It says iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes, but everything ive tried still does not work.

If it isnt Icloud locked, put your Iphone 6S Plus in DFU mode and connect it to itunes. Then restore your phone.

Is it iCloud locked? Does it ask for the iCloud password? If it does you need to get the person you bought it from the unlock it and remove iCloud. They don't even have to there. They can remove it from their computer and your phone needs to be connected to iTunes after they remove it. But most times the phone is stolen and there is nothing you can do.
