No picture / no sound RCA 46" LED46C45RQ

I have RCA 46 inch when I plug it in the red light comes on. When I hit the power button on the tv the blue light comes on but no picture and no sound (edit). Previously if I kept unplugging it and plugging it back in (whenever I hit power, the blue light comes on but if there is no picture you can’t turn off the power, I mean get the red light back on unless you unplug it and replug) it would eventually show a picture until I turn it off.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Edit: I did look for a solution first and found a couple, most notably this thread

But none of them worked.

@joffreyj do you have sound with it? This " but if there is no picture you can’t turn off the power" by itself seems to be a power board issue

@oldturkey03 No I do not have sound. Thanks for the input, is this the correct board? I searched the part # and this came back but this says it is for a 40" TV I have a 46".

@oldturkey03 I replaced the power board, but no change, still no picture / sound, no difference.
